A: Firstly, please send us your idea about jewelry, we need these details to give you estimated price: size, weight,
materials(brass/silver/gold), detailed large photos from different angles, plain design or fully iced out 3D design.
After we get these info, we will give you estimated price, so final value maybe different from original estimated price.
4.Q:How about payment method?
A:Normally below 1000USD order, we will charge full payment. Above this amount, we will ask for 50% deposit to start production, and before shipment, charge final balance 50%.
5.Q: How to deal with faulty?
A: We have strict quality control system to insure the products we send can meet your standard.
But if still there are some defective products, replacement or refund can be offered.
6.Q: Why your production time so long, I have to wait about one month?
